Pre-Startup Verification
Confirm installation readiness, service access, obvious deficiencies, electrical readiness, and required preconditions.
AEGIS commissioning support is field-focused: verify the installation, establish the operating baseline, prove functional behavior, document deficiencies, and support a cleaner turnover.
The exact scope depends on the equipment, project documents, OEM requirements, and the responsibilities assigned to AEGIS.
Confirm installation readiness, service access, obvious deficiencies, electrical readiness, and required preconditions.
Support initial operation, establish baseline conditions, and capture critical operating data.
Verify modes, staging, safeties, transitions, and expected responses within the assigned scope.
Document deficiencies, verify corrections where assigned, and leave the project with a clearer operational record.
Depending on the project, AEGIS may evaluate electrical conditions, refrigeration behavior, airflow, control sequences, installation details, safeties, alarms, staging, and the handoff between equipment and controls.
Confirm commanded operation, sequence intent, sensor behavior, staging, and obvious control conflicts within scope.
Evaluate operating conditions and refrigerant-circuit behavior using applicable OEM information and measured data.
Review evidence of proper air movement and system response where airflow is part of the assigned work.
Record what is observed, what has been proven, and what requires correction or additional investigation.

AEGIS commissioning and technical support do not replace licensed engineering, design responsibility, code authority, or OEM requirements unless those responsibilities are separately contracted and legally applicable. Project-specific deliverables are defined before work begins.
Use the technical-support intake to provide project, equipment, controls, and startup details before the field visit.
