When you press Submit Service Request, the information entered on that form is transmitted through Netlify Forms so AEGIS can review and respond to the request. The AEGIS website uses the same intake architecture for service requests.
Equipment, nameplate, and error-code photos selected on the Request Service form are transmitted with the submission only when the form is submitted. Do not upload personal identification documents, payment information, passwords, or unrelated personal information.
When you press Submit Technical Request, the information and supporting files entered on that form are transmitted through Netlify Forms so AEGIS can review the technical request and determine the appropriate next step.
Netlify hosts this website and the Request Service form-processing layer. AEGIS controls the notification destination used to review verified submissions. Additional integrations, analytics, or customer systems will be disclosed here if they are added later.
