Troubleshooting Philosophy

Prove the failure mechanism before prescribing the fix.

AEGIS troubleshooting starts with the complaint and the operating context, then works outward through the system. A component may be failed—but the important question is whether it is the root cause, a symptom, or the result of another condition.

That distinction is where callbacks are either prevented or created.

Recurring Callbacks

Repeated symptoms after prior repairs, inconsistent operation, or failures that return under specific load or ambient conditions.

Refrigeration & Capacity

Poor capacity, high head pressure, low suction conditions, unstable feeding, compressor stress, or abnormal system behavior.

Controls & Sequence

Command/response conflicts, staging errors, sensor issues, safeties, interlocks, and sequence-of-operation problems.
